There is increasingly grim news over the weekend and today out of the Middle East as Israel now reports at least 199 people are still being held hostage in Gaza and Hamas releases a horrifying video allegedly showing its terrorists with stolen Israeli children and babies. Hamas labeled it as a video that shows “their compassion.” You cannot make these ridiculous acts of propaganda up. I guess, in addition to being evil, Hamas is also stupid.
Terrorist Propaganda
In the video, you see a young child being bandaged, a terrorist rocking someone else’s baby back and forth in a stroller, a man clutching a baby on top of a rifle. Oh yeah, these are sweet, sweet scenes of compassion. Another tells a little child to say “In the Name of Allah” before drinking from a cup. And believe it or not, some are buying what Hamas is selling as compassion.
We don’t we don’t know what happened to these children’s parents. There’s at least one report out of Israel saying that they’ve been killed. When I first saw this first, part of me hoped they didn’t live to see this. I cannot imagine the torture to a mom or a dad seeing your baby in the hands of these evil mad men. I don’t know how to fight as a soldier, but I think it would make me grab a gun and run into Gaza. You would rather your child be gone, I think, than to see him in the arms of a Hamas terrorist laughing at him or holding him next to a gun. Who knows what else they’re doing to those children.
I’m horrified by the video. That’s who Hamas is. That’s who these a–holes on these college campuses are defending. Got it. Are we clear? That’s the bad guys. Those are the guys you want us to negotiate with. Right, okay.
Israel and America as its closest ally, we’re supposed to sit down and have a little chat with the terrorists about how it’s bad to take somebody else’s baby. It’s bad to hoist him on top of your rifle after you slit the throat of his brother and shot his parents and let them all burn to death in their safe shelter. That’s bad. We should talk about you stopping that. Bullsh-t. This is all such a farce as we try to pretend these are like reasonable people who we’ll talk to about a two-state solution and de-escalation. Sure, sure.
A Two-Front Threat?
In the meantime, Israel is now evacuating citizens from its own northern border to try and move them away from what’s becoming an increasingly dangerous border with Lebanon. Tensions are escalating after Hezbollah began firing anti-tank missiles at Israeli military targets as well as an Israeli community near the Lebanon border on Sunday, killing one man and wounding several others. The Israeli Defense Force (IDF) returned fire at Hezbollah targets and created a four-kilometer buffer zone along the border. Israel is evacuating residents from 28 communities along that border and taking them to hotels and guest houses paid for by the Israeli government.
It’s not good. We don’t want to see this conflict go to two fronts.
There are also reports coming out of Gaza that hundreds of thousands of people have abandoned their homes in the north after Israel warned them ahead of its expected ground invasion. That’s what Israel does. It warns its targets the bombs are coming, the troops are coming. Now it is true that these people have not had any places to go because Israel is not going to let them into Israel. They can make a move from the north to the south. What would be ideal for them is if they could get into Egypt, but it’s been a big middle finger from Egypt so far. They don’t want these people. They don’t care. They’ve got a big wall. You can’t get over it, can’t get under it, can’t get around it. Egypt doesn’t want them.
The only group that is apparently supposed to give these people humanitarian support after they launched a war on Israel is Israel. Got it? Understand the logic?
Back here at home, President Biden took to 60 Minutes to warn against an “Israeli occupation” of Gaza which, by the way, Israel doesn’t want:
Scott Pelley: Would you support the Israeli occupation of Gaza at this point?
President Biden: I think it’d be a big mistake. Look, what happened in Gaza, in my view, is Hamas and the extreme elements of Hamas don’t represent all the Palestinian people. And I think that…it would be a mistake to, for Israel to occupy…Gaza again. We — but going in, but taking out the extremists, the Hezbollah is up north but Hamas down south is a necessary requirement.

I’m not exactly sure he even knew what he was saying. More interestingly, he was asked if American ground troops are a possibility. And he said no. He said, “I don’t think that’s necessary. Israel has one of the finest fighting forces in the country.” Nobody wants to see American boots on the ground there. Nobody. This is about supporting Israel and its right to exist and defend itself, which is a commitment we’ve made under Democrat and Republican presidents for decades.
Pro-Hamas Protests
And then there’s the anti-Israel and pro-Palestinian – which is at times really pro-Hamas – terrorist rhetoric engulfing the West. We’ve seen it everywhere, including in places that are America’s most important allies.
On Saturday, near the prime minister’s residence in London, thousands took to the streets chanting slogans like, “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free.” That is an ‘exterminate Israel’ slogan. From the Jordan river to the sea crosses right over Israel – that’s what they’re saying. They were also carrying signs like, “No justice, no peace.” Sound familiar? I sense a little BLM inspo there. This is what open borders gets you. Good luck. We’re on the same path.
In Canada, an unhinged, brainwashed protester speaking with our pals up at Rebel News, insisting Hamas is anything but a terrorist organization.
Protester: Hamas is not a terrorist group. First of all, Hamas is not a terrorist group… It is a resistance that has been fuming for 75 years of colonialism, of occupation, of murder, of rape of little children, of women. Everything that they do is justified.
Reporter: Including what they did last week?
Protester: Every single thing they do is justified. Everything they have done is justified.
Reporter: Ma’am, there were children murdered. There were babies beheaded.
Protester: Babies beheaded. Really? Please educate yourself. Please watch the news because, as a news reporter, you got to check the f-cking news because they said that that sh-t was fake multiple times… Hamas is a Muslim group. They would never do that because it’s against Islam.
Speaking of needing to do our research, sweetheart, maybe the cold up there in Canada has gotten to your sweet little brain because it doesn’t seem to be working the way it’s supposed to.
