Lawfare 2.0? How Judges Are Taking Aim at Donald Trump’s Executive Orders and Policy Decisions

The left tried to derail Donald Trump’s first term with Russiagate and two impeachment trials. They tried to derail his 2024 run for office with not one but four criminal indictments at the state and federal level. And while the lawfare failed to stop Trump from returning to the Oval Office, it appears Democrats are once again leveraging the judicial system in an attempt to stymie the president’s agenda.

In what is being deemed Lawfare 2.0, activist judges at the District Court level are delaying the implementation of many of Trump’s executive orders and policies. The administration may ultimately prove to have the legal ground to, say, ban transgender people from serving in the military or deport migrants suspected of being in gangs (to name a few), but it looks like they will be forced to litigate those actions all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.

There has been plenty of debate on the right and left regarding the lawfare scheme and Megyn has been breaking down and debating the merits of the cases with experts and pundits from both sides.

How Court Showdown Over Deportations Could Define Presidency

Megyn, Lowry, and Cooke examine what could be motivating the judge who blocked Trump’s Venezuelan gang deportations, an overview of the Alien Enemies Act and the Political Question Doctrine, whether the Trump administration needs to wait to make the legal case first, and more.

Megyn and by Glenn Greenwald, host of Rumble’s “System Update,” debate the legality surrounding the potential deportation of Khalil, his role as a “spokesperson” for the Columbia University Apartheid Divest group, whether it matters if he supports Hamas, and more.

How Did Khalil Get a Green Card So Quickly When Most People Can’t?

Megyn and Charlie Kirk consider the bizarre way Khalil was able to obtain a green card so quickly, whether other interests in the Biden administration fast-tracked his application, and more.
